Be there

Meeting point: Cockermouth
Meeting time
: (the latest time you should be at Cockermouth bus station) 19:00 2nd March 2007

How to get there?
1.You could arrive by train/national express coach either at Penrith or Keswick.
2.From Penrith Rail Station or Keswick you need to take X4/X5 bus service to Cockermouth.
3.X4/X5 service is Penrith-Keswick-Cockermouth-Workington. So it is the same one regardless you boarding at Penrith or Keswick. From Penrith, 17:25 service arrives Cockermouth at 19:02.

For booking train tickets, please make your outbound time based on above points. For return trip, it will be leaving Penrith afternoon on the Sunday to arrive London Euston at around 20:00.
'Meet and greet'- evening pub meal at Cockermouth before we make way to Swallow Barn.

Why Cockermouth?
Cockermouth is the nearest town to our camping barn – Swallow, about 7 miles away. I will prior arrange a mini bus to us to our camping barn, so it is very important for everyone to be there on time – otherwise, you will have to call a taxi service.

How much the mini bus fare costs?
Not sure yet. This Dial-A-Ride service is provided by local council and Ken Routledge. Ken undertakes private hire as well as routine schedule. As a guide, here is his 949 service leaflet (pdf file).

This is a preliminary arrangement. I will update you all once I have spoke to Ken Routledge. If there is any change, mostly it will be around the time we make way to Swallow barn.

(Busying today, talk to you lot once I got more time)
